On Present Industrial Situation of Potato Processing in China

摘要 马铃薯具有良好的营养价值和经济价值,广泛应用于食品工业、淀粉工业、饲料工业和医药工业等。目前我国马铃薯种植面积和总产量均跃升世界首位,消费也是世界上增长最快的国家之一。虽然我国已成为马铃薯生产和消费大国,但从农户种植到企业加工,整个产业仍停留在较为粗放的阶段,无法满足日益增长的市场需求。如何利用现有的马铃薯品种和国内设备加工出较高质量的马铃薯产品来,是一个值得研究的课题。 Potatoes possess characteristics of both better nutritional value and better economic value. They are widely used in food industry, starch industry, feed industry and medical industry etc. Now our coun- try has got the first place of growing potatoes and so does its total output. Our country is also one of the largest countries that consume potatoes in quantity. Although our country has become a large country to grow and consume potatoes, the whole industry still remains in a free stage from growing of farmer household to process- ing of enterprises. This model can' t meet the need of increase in market. Therefore it is worthwhile to study the subject how to take advantage of the existing species of potatoes and domestic equipment to process potatoes products in better quality.
