摘要
利用谷子基因组序列开发出SSR引物205对,其中171对可以稳定扩增出目的条带,149对有多态性。利用30个多态性SSR标记对41份谷子种质资源进行遗传多样性分析,共检测出291个等位变异,平均每个位点9.7个。谷子地方品种基因多样性指数平均为0.7907,育成品种基因多样性指数平均为0.7571。对41个谷子品种进行聚类,在遗传相似系数为0.164时聚为6组,与生态型基本一致。
In this study, 205 SSR primer pairs were designed from the genome sequence of foxtail mil- let. In which, 171 pairs could successfully amplify aimed fragment, and 149 pairs showed polymorphism. 41 foxtail millet germplasms were selected for genetic diversity analysis using 30 SSR markers.
