摘要
介绍了基于紫外光电二极管的火焰检测器的具体设计方案。火焰燃烧向外释放紫外线,通过紫外光电二极管转换成微弱的电流,经过信号调理,单片机控制输出,实现火焰检测。所设计的检测器检测准确、性能稳定,适合用于燃气工业炉的火焰检测。
Design of flame detector based on uhraviolet photodiode was introduced. In the design, uhraviolet photodiode was used to transform ultraviolet ray emitted by flame into current signal, i. e. flame detection signal. Then, the signal was moduled and outputted under the control of microprogrammed control unit (MCU). According to the experiments, the design, which has been shown to be precise and stable, is suitable for detecting flame in industrial furnace.
