摘要
根据光纤光栅传感原理研制了一种新型的顶板离层监测系统,基于光波导理论和材料力学原理推导了光纤光栅波长与位移之间的响应关系。试验结果表明:该系统的位移响应灵敏度为0.012 8 nm/mm.光纤光栅离层在线监测系统能够实时准确地显示、存储巷道顶板离层状况,具有实现预警和报警功能。为巷道支护质量的长期在线监测提供了一种有效的手段,应用前景广阔。
A new roof separation monitoring system based fiber Bragg grating was fabricated. Based on the theory of optical waveguide and material mechanics, the relationship between wavelength and displacement was formulized. The experimental results show that the displacement sensitivity of this system was 0. 012 8 nm/mm. The fiber Bragg grating separation on-line monitoring system can real-time accurately display, storage of roadway roof separation conditions, has the implementation of early warning and alarm function. It provides an effective means for long-term online monitoring of anchor support quality, and it has wide application prospect.
