摘要
以稠油出砂实时监测为研究重点,依据砂粒在流体中的运动规律,以及砂粒与管壁碰撞后产生的信号特征,设计了在强背景噪声下的稠油油井出砂实时监测模拟系统,经过室内和现场试验,通过对大量试验数据的分析,证明系统可有效地监测油气井出砂状况,为灾害的预测、控制出砂、优化生产提供依据。理论分析和试验结果一致表明,在稠油出砂监测领域,该系统在国内具有先进性。
This paper focused on the research of sand production of heavy oil real-time detection. According to the movement rule of the sand in the flow and the signal characteristics produced by sand impacting pipe wall, this paper designed a simulation system of sand production of heavy oil real-time detection based on weak signal processing under the strong noise. Through a large number of laboratory and field experiments, the analysis of data proves the simulation system can detect status of the sand produc- tion in oil and gas well effectively, which provided reliable basis for disaster prediction, sand controlling and optimizing production. The theoretical analysis and experiment results both show that the system is advanced in sand production of heavy oil detection system.
