定期家访对慢性精神分裂症预防复发的作用

The Role of Prevent Recurrence to Regular Family Visit about Chronic Schizophrenia

目的:了解社区康复中慢性精神分裂症的各类复发因素及比例,探讨定期家访对社区居家康复的慢性精神分裂症病人复发的影响。方法:将56例居家服药康复的慢性精神分裂症病人随机分为家访组和对照组各28例观察1年。家访组在维持服药治疗的同时,实施家庭教育和康复指导,对照组只常规服药治疗。对病情波动者,利用自定的判定条款判断是否复发病情,并详细记录两组复发病人的诱发因素和临床症状,统计总复发率和每种诱因下的复发率。结果:家访组复发6例,对照组复发13例,两组比较有统计学意义(χ2=3.92 P<0.05)。结论:定期家访对对复发因素的干预具有实效性,能减少社区居家居家康复的慢性精神分裂症病人的复发率。

Objective： To understand community rehabilitation of all kind of chronic schizophrenia relapse factors and proportion,Expirer for community rehabilitation that occupy the home visits regularly chronic schizophrenia patients relapse impudence.Methods： will the 58 cases of chronic drug rehabilitation at home family visits group schizophrenia patients were randomly divided into observation and control 28 cases one year.Home visits group medicine at treatment at the same time in maintaining family education and rehabilitation guidance implementation,conventional medicine treatment group only.The illness fluctuation of using the terms set judgment of whether illness,judge recurrence.And record two groups of patients were relapsed induced factor and clinical symptoms,statistics general replace and each trigger recurrence rate.Result： 6 case of family visit group recurrente,13 case of control group recurrence.Two group of comparisons with a statistical significance（χ2=3.92 P0.05）.Conclusion： Regular families visit the recurrent factors with effectiveness intervention;can reduce community recovery that occupies the home of chronic schizophrenia patients recurrence rate.
