超声在女性急腹症中的应用价值

目的:分析各种女性急腹症的超声声像图特点及误诊原因,探讨超声诊断及鉴别诊断价值。方法:对124例女性急腹症患者进行回顾性研究,分析超声声像特点,将超声诊断与手术病理结果对比,并分析误诊原因。结果:124患者中宫外孕81例,卵巢黄体破裂8例,卵巢囊肿蒂扭转9例,急性盆腔炎15例,阑尾炎6例,输尿管结石5例,误诊及漏诊原因为停经史不详、声像图及实验室检查不典型所致。结论:超声对女性急腹症有很高的诊断价值。

Objective To analyze the ultrasonographic image characteristics and misdiagnosed reasons,andto evaluate the ultrasonographic diagnostic and differention value in acute abdomen in women.Methods Atotal of 124 patients with acute abdomen of women were retrospectively analyzed by comparing the imagecharacteristics with surgical pathology.The misdiagnosed reasons were concluded with analysis.Results In 124 cases,there were 81 cases with ectopic pregnancy,8 cases with corpus luteum rupture,9 cases with pedicel torsion of ovarian cyst,15 cases with acute pelvic inflammation,6cases with acut appendicitis and 5 cases with ureter stone.Conclusions Ultrasonography is very useful in diagnosis and differentiation of acute abdomen in women.
