本文介绍了一种采用水平分型热芯盒射芯机制作Q034叶片砂型的覆膜砂工艺。同时还对射芯机的结构特点、工作过程和造型工艺的主要参数进行了详细说明,并介绍了此工艺的应用效果。
A kind of resin-coated sand technology with horizontal parting hot box core shooter for Model Q034 blade sand mold has been introduced with details in explanation for the structure characteristics, working process and main parameters of molding technology of the core shooter, with application effect of such technology also been expounded.
