国内耐根穿刺防水材料存在问题及其解决办法刍议

Primary Discussion on Problems of Chinese Root Resistant Waterproofing Materials and Its Solutions

耐根穿刺防水材料要求兼具防水性能和耐根穿刺性能,工程应用前应通过耐根穿刺试验。本文分析了国产改性沥青卷材、PVC卷材、TPO卷材、聚脲防水涂料以及聚乙烯丙纶防水材料的耐根穿刺性能、存在问题,提出了改进方法和方向;指出,耐根穿刺性能是一个系统的概念,与材料、设计和施工均密切相关。

Abstract： Root resistant waterproofing materials should have the performance of waterproofing and root resistance, and have to pass root resistance test before application. This article analyses root resistance performance and problems of modified asphalt membrane, PVC membrane, TPO membrane, polyurea waterproofing coating and polyethylene polypropylene fiber waterproofing material made in China. It puts forward improving methods and directions and points out that root resistance performance is a systemic concept and closely relate with materials, design and construction.
