摘要
上海棕榈泉别墅屋顶露台渗漏水,由于结构、材料以及设计等原因难以查找渗漏点,采用瑞芙特高耐磨RFT-PU590屋面系统,不仅不需要重做防水层,而且施工简单、防水效果好、使用寿命长,从而高效解决了屋顶露台渗漏的问题。
Abstract： Many of the roof terraces of Shanghai Zonglvquan Villa area were leaked. It is difficult to find the leakage spots because of the problems of roof structure, waterproofing material and waterproofing design, etc. RFT-PU590 high wear resistance roof system is used in the terraces waterproofing project without renewing waterproofing layer. The project is easy to install with good waterproofing effects, and long service life, and solves efficiently the terrace leaking problem.
