摘要
在近代福建,各类公田普遍存在着地权分化现象,但分化的程度参差不齐。地权分离使土地成为公田的渠道实现了多元化,其中有与普通公田相同的方式,也有独特的形式。公田中的双层地权同普通公田一样可以自由典卖,同时田皮、田骨分别流转,扩大了公田的流转规模,更充分地解决了典卖人的困难。
The dual property-right of public Lands was very common in modem Fujian province, but the degree was uneven. The sources of the dual property-right of public lands was various. Some ways were similar to general public lands, and some ways were unique. Like general public lands, the dual property-right of public lands could pawn and sell. At the same time, permanent-tenancy lands and ownership lands could circulate separately. It increased the size of circulation, and solved sellers＇ difficulties more fully.
