摘要
以玉米为材料,通过观察不同光强下玉米幼苗叶片的显微结构,探讨光强和叶位变化对玉米叶片花环结构的影响。结果表明:在同一光强下,不同叶位的花环结构发育程度不同,在不同光强下,同一叶位的花环结构发育程度也不同。总体上,同一光强下,叶片的花环结构从1-5叶位逐步完善;而同一叶位的花环结构从200、1 300、1 000μmol/(m2.s)到600μmol/(m2.s)光强下逐步完善。
The effect of light density and leaf position on the kranz structure of leaves was studied by observing the microstructure of different position leaves of maize seedling under different light density. The result showed that the development degree of kranz structure was different under different light densities and in different leaf positions. As a whole, the kranz structure of leaves improved step by step from first to fifth leaf,and under the light densities from 200 μmol/(m^2· s) to 1 300 μmol/(m^2 · s) to 1000 μmol/(m^2 · s) to 600 μmol/(m^2 · s).
