摘要 应用直接竞争酶联免疫吸附技术,建立了一种快速检测动物组织中β-兴奋剂类药物多残留的方法,并对其技术性能进行了评价。结果表明,该方法的IC50浮动范围为0.4~0.7μg/L,对组织样本的检测限为0.5μg/kg;样本添加回收率为72.9%~103.5%,变异系数为5.8%~14.1%;可用于检测克仑特罗、沙丁胺醇、塞布特罗、妥布特罗、克仑潘特、溴布特罗、溴氯布特罗、马喷特罗。 A rapid method for detection of β-agonists multi-residue in animal tissue was established based on direct competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The results showed that the IC50 was 0.4-0.7μg/L,and the detection limit for animal tissue was 0.5μg/kg. Sample recoveries were 72. 9%- 103. 5% and the coefficients of variation were 5. 8% - 14. 1%. This method was suitable for detecting clenbuterol, salbutamol, cimbuterol, tulobuterol, clenpenterol, brombuterol, bromchlorbuterol, mapenterol. This method is rapid, sensitive, and reliable, which provides a convenient and accurate method for detection of β-agonists residue.
