摘要
采用熔制法制备两种可析出不同晶相的CaO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO(2CMAS)玻璃,研究了不同原料组成下CMAS玻璃的析晶行为和显微结构。研究结果表明,CMAS玻璃A在986℃下热处理4 h,能析出钙长石和透辉石主晶相;CMAS玻璃B在950℃下热处理4h,可获得堇青石晶相及少量金红石型TiO2晶相。
CaO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2 (CMAS) glass ceramics with two crystallites were prepared by the melting method. The crystallization and microstructure of CMAS glass ceramics prepared with different raw materials were studied. Results show: the main crystalline phases of CMAS glass ceramic sample A obtained after 4 h thermal treatment at 986℃ are anorthite and diopside; 4 h thermal treatment of CMAS glass ceramic sample B at 986℃ can produce cordierite and a small amount of rutile phase TiO2 crystals.
