支气管哮喘患者血清CK-MB、cTnI水平的变化及意义

Changes and significance of serum CK-MB and cTnI levels in patients with bronchial asthma

目的探讨血清磷酸肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)水平与支气管哮喘分度、分期的关系。方法采用全自动生化分析仪上测定90例急性期支气管哮喘患者(轻度35例,中度30例,重度25例)、40例缓解期支气管哮喘患者及40名正常人(正常对照组)血清CK-MB、cTnI水平。结果轻度、中度、重度支气管哮喘患者血清CK-MB和cTnI水平均高于正常对照组(P<0.05或0.01),且支气管哮喘病情越重,血清CK-MB和cTnI水平越高(P<0.05或0.01)。急性期哮喘组血清CK-MB和cTnI水平高于正常对照组及缓解期哮喘组(P<0.01)。结论联合检测血清CK-MB、cTnI水平可能对支气管哮喘病情判断及预后评估有重要的参考价值。

Objective To explore the relationship of serum isoenzyme of creatine phosphokinase （CK-MB） and cardiac troponin I （cTnI） levels and graduation and stages of bronchial asthma. Methods Serum CK-MB and cTnI levels were detected by automatic biochemistry analyzer in 90 acute stage cases including 35 mild cases, 30 middle cases and 25 sever cases, also 40 paracmasis stage cases and 40 healthy people. Results Serum CK-MB and cTnI levels were significantly higher in mild, middle and severe bronchial asthma groups than those in normal control group （ P 〈 0.05 or 0.01 ） . The more severe bronchial asthma was, the higher serum CK-MB and cTnI levels became （ P 〈 0. 05 or 0. 01 ） . Serum CK-MB and cTnI levels were significantly increased in acute stage bronchial asthma group as compared to normal control and paraeme stage bronchial asthma groups （P 〈 0.01 ） . Conclusion Combined measurement of serum levels of CK-MB and cTnI may have significant reference value for pathogenetic condition judgement and prognosis evaluation of bronchial asthma.
