2010—2011年医务人员职业暴露调查分析

An investigation and analysis of occupational exposures in medical staff in the year 2010-2011

目的了解医务人员职业暴露的现状和特点,为临床正确执行防护措施提供依据。方法对我院两年来发生职业暴露的医务人员进行调查分析。结果 2010—2011年医务人员共报告职业暴露43例,重症医学科和急诊科是职业暴露的主要部门,护士是职业暴露的高危人群。乙肝病毒是主要的暴露源,刺伤是主要暴露类型。结论应加强主要部门和高危人群的相关教育与培训,采取有效合理的措施,以确保职业安全。

Objective To realize the current situation and feature about occupational exposures for find the evidence to execute the protective means correctly. Methods The incidence of occupational exposures was investigated in medical staffs in our hospital in two years. Results During the year 2010-2011, there are 43 medical staffs reported occupational expo- sure. Intensive care unit and emergency department were the dominant location. Nurses were the high-risk group, HBV were the main source and sharp implement injuries were the main style. Conclusion Education and training relevant to comprehensive protection should be strengthened in the dominant location and the high-risk group. Reasonable measures should be taken to pre- vent the occurrence of infection caused by occupational exposure.
