应用1%环孢素A治疗流行性角结膜炎上皮下浸润的临床研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的评价1%环孢素A治疗流行性角结膜炎上皮下浸润的临床疗效。方法随访观察2011年8月—2012年8月门诊流行性角结膜炎上皮下浸润患者,糖皮质激素治疗无效并伴有眼压升高不能继续用药,应用1%环孢素A(CsA)局部点眼治疗,随诊观察最佳矫正视力(best-corrected visual acuity,BCVA),眼内压(intraocular pressure,IOP),角膜上皮下浸润(corneal subepithelial infiltrate scores,CSIS)情况。结果随诊观察18例(24眼)患者,男11例(15眼),女7例(9眼),年龄12~64岁。平均用药时间4.2月(2~8月),平均随访时间5.5月(3~11月),治疗前后BCVA分别为0.2±0.1和0.7±0.2(P<0.05),CSIS评分为2.1±0.4和0.3±0.5(P<0.05),IOP 22.3±5.2和17.1±3.4(P<0.05),治疗前后差异有统计学意义。患者用药后无明显刺激症状。结论局部应用1%环孢素A滴眼液治疗流行性角结膜炎上皮下浸润安全有效,无糖皮质激素治疗的副作用。
