摘要
目的通过实施延续性护理,探讨对老年前列腺增生患者自我护理能力和生活质量的影响。方法本研究采用实验性研究设计的方法,将98例老年前列腺增生症患者随机分为干预组和对照组,对干预组前列腺增生症患者进行延续性护理,对照组患者采用一般的健康教育。结果延续性护理可提高老年前列腺增生症患者的自我护理能力(P<0.01),与一般的健康教育相比,延续性护理能提高老年前列腺增生症患者的生活质量总分(P<0.01)。结论延续性护理能有效地提高老年前列腺增生症患者的自我护理能力,改善患者生活质量。
Objective To explore the effects of transitional care on serf-care agency and quality of life in patients with benign prostate hyperplasia. Methods The study adopted an experimental design. All 98 patients were randomly distributed to a control or intervention group. Patients in the control group received routine nursing care and the intervention group received transitional care. Results Transitional care improved self-care agency （ P 〈 0. 01 ） . Compared with the control group, transitional care were significantly improved quality of life （P 〈 0. 01 ） . Conclusion From the results of this study it can be concluded that Transitional care could improve the self-care agency, enhance quality of life.
