摘要
基于分形理论,对碳毡纤维孔隙率进行了研究.首先运用盒维数算法对所选取的碳毡图片进行分形维数的计算,所得结果在-1.999 8附近;通过理论推导得出了碳毡纤维孔隙率的计算公式,代入实际测量值进行计算,得出所选取的碳毡纤维孔隙率大约为40%,并分析得出这与实际情况是比较相近的;最后,就分形维数与孔隙率的关系作了相关分析,得出孔隙率随着分形维数的增加有递增的趋势并且增加的速度是越来越快的.
Based on fractals, the porosity of carbon felt is researched. First, we use box algorithm to calculate fractal dimension of the chosen carbon felt picture; and the result is close to -1. 9998. Then, a formula of porosity is obtained by theoretical inference; actual measured value has been taken into calculation, resulting in the porosity of carbon felt to be about 40 %, which turns out to be reasonable by analyzing. Finally, we analyze the relationship between fractal dimension and porosity, leading to the fact that the porosity tends to increase with the increment of the fractal dimension and the increasing speed is getting fas- ter and faster.
