摘要
针对底铰式钢闸门底横轴受力情况复杂、设计计算过程繁琐等问题,在分析、建立底横轴截面尺寸计算模型的基础上,对底横轴主要截面尺寸外径的影响因子进行敏感性分析及曲线拟合,确定了与底横轴外径呈线性正相关的影响因子,并予以修正,得出了外径随影响因子变化的曲线拟合公式,较大程度地简化了底横轴设计的计算过程,并根据工程的实际情况对拟合公式进行了验证,证明了拟合公式的可靠性和在实践中利用拟合公式进行设计的可行性.
Stress on the bottom horizontal shaft of the bottom hinged steel gate is complicated, which makes the calculation process extremely tedious. Based on the calculation model of the design of section size, the sensitivity analysis and curve fitting of the influence factors of the external diameter, the main section size, is done; the impact factor which showed a linear positive correlation with the diameter is identified; fitting formula of the external diameter with the impact factor is also obtained, which greatly simplifies calculation process of the design of bottom horizontal shaft. According to the practical situation, the fitting formula is modified and verified; the reliability of formula in practice and the feasibility of using the fitting formula on design is also proved.
