研究如何将规则和规则引擎引入工资计算与管理系统中,开发出基于规则和规则引擎的自适应工资系统的生成系统,用于生成能适应各个不同用户所需的工资管理系统;设计了规则引擎和系统生成器的基本结构;提出了"工资计算条例产生规则、规则生成用户工资系统、用户工资系统匹配计算条例"的规则引擎推理机制.

This paper researches how to introduce the rules and rule engine into salary computing and management systems,and develops a generation system of adaptive salary system based on rules and rule engine.The research results can be used to produce all kinds of salary management systems;the basic structure is designed.The rule engine reasoning mechanism in which salary computing producing rules,rules generating salary system and salary system matching calculation rules,is proposed.
