Adaptive control strategy for oxygen content in flue gas of large-scale power plant units under different operating modes

摘要 建立了各热经济性参数的变化特性分析计算模型和微增量方程,确定了电站锅炉运行过程中不同负荷和运行工况下对应的最佳烟气含氧量设定值,并以此值作为锅炉燃烧控制系统中烟气含氧量校正回路的烟气含氧量设定值,从而实现变工况下烟气含氧量的自适应调节.试验证明此方法能有效优化燃烧,提高机组经济性. In this paper, we established the economic parameters of each heat on the characteristics of the computational model and micro-increment equation, and determined the course of power plant and load and run different operating conditions and the optimal settings that flue gas oxygen content needs. Moreover, we regarded the value as the boiler combustion control system of flue gas oxygen content of flue gas oxygen content correction loop settings, so as to achieve the adaptive regulation of flue gas oxygen content under different operating modes. Experiments show that this method can effectively optimize the combustion and improve unit economics.
