土壤中的无机元素对当归药材道地性的影响 被引量:19

摘要 测定了10批不同地域当归药材和对应土壤中16种无机元素的含量,铅、镉采用JFAAS法,汞、砷采用AFS法,铜采用FAAS法,其余元素采用ICP-AES测定,研究了当归药材与土壤中无机元素的相关性,分析了土壤中无机元素对当归药材道地性的影响.结果表明:当归产区的土壤地质背景存在差异;药材和土壤之间共有15对元素之间存在显著或极显著的相关性(P<0.05或P<0.01),其中镉与铅、汞等有害重金属元素存在相关性,表明当归对其吸收或富集具有协同性;当归对铁和钾元素的富集系数分别为147~1 940和1.5~12.5;铁、铬、钛、镍等是当归药材的特征元素.说明当归药材道地性与土壤中无机元素含量密切相关,岷县当归药材无机元素表现出一定的特异性;人工栽培应优选国家一级土壤种植当归. To study the correlation between Angelica and inorganic elements in soil,and to analyse the effect of inorganic elements in the soil on the genuineness of Angelica.JFAAS method was used to detect lead and cadmium,and mercury,arsenic were detected by AFS,and copper by FAA.The remaining elements were detected by ICP-AES determination.The results showed that there were 15 pairs of elements related.Heavy metal elements cadmium,lead and mercury significantly related.Enrichment factor of iron and potassium were 147 to 1940 and from 1.5 to 12.5 respectively.A certain degree of specificity was showed by iron,chromium,titanium,nickel,etc.in Angelica.It is suggested that Angelica closely relate to the content of inorganic elements in the soil,and medicinal inorganic elements in Minxian showed a certain degree of specificity.National first-class soil should be used to plant Angelica.
