摘要 应用高速逆流色谱法分离金花葵花中2种黄酮类化合物.以乙酸乙酯-甲醇-水(10∶0.4∶10,V/V)作为两相溶剂体系,在主机转速900r/min、流动相流速2.0mL/min、水浴温度为30℃的条件下,从100.3mg金花葵花总黄酮纯化物中分离得到金丝桃苷10.07mg,纯度达94.194%;葛根素13.5mg,纯度达94.579%. Two flavones were isolated and purified from the crude extract of Hibiscus manihot by high-speed counter-current chromatography(HSCCC).A two-phase solvent system composed of ethyl acetate-methanol-water(10∶0.4∶10,V/V) was used.10.07 mg of hyperoside,13.5 mg of puerarin with their purities over 94% were obtained from 100.3 mg of the dry crude flavonoid extract from Hibiscus manihot under the conditions of a flow rate of 2.0 mL/min,while the apparatus rotated at 900 r/min and temperature at 30 ℃.
