摘要
目的为银环蛇神经毒素的研究及应用提供生物信息学视角的分析,并对其应用提出展望。方法在总结前人研究成果的基础上,运用生物信息学相关数据库及软件,对银环蛇神经毒素两类主要蛋白的三维结构,及其与乙酰胆碱和乙酰胆碱受体之间的相互作用机制进行相关分析研究。结果通过生物信息学分析,得到了银环蛇神经毒素的氨基酸序列及其三维结构图像,对此神经毒素的作用机制在分子水平有了更清楚的认识。结论运用生物信息学方法进行生物大分子研究,能取得较好的分析结果。
Objective Provide analysis of study and application to bungarus multicinctus neurotoxins on bioinformatics perspective,and put forward some new ideas. Methods On the basis of summing up the results of previous studies,discuss the three-dimensional structures of the two major types of bungarus multicinctus neurotoxins, and their mechanism of interaction to acetylcholine and acetycholine receptor by using the bioinformatics database and software. Results Obtained the amino acid sequence and three-dimensional structure image of bungarus multicinctus neurotoxins,through the bioinformatic analysis. So this neurotoxin had a clearer understanding of the mechanism at the molecular level. Conclusion Bioinformatics method for the study of biological macromolecules,able to achieve better results.
