绿色经济浪潮席卷全球并影响和改变着传统的企业管理模式,使企业绿色管理成为时代发展的必然。企业绿色管理是适应经济社会发展而产生的一种新的管理理念,它是实现企业经济、社会、环境和效益的和谐统一及可持续发展的根本途径。绿色管理是兼顾生态利益、消费者利益和企业利益的管理理念。21世纪的企业要想可持续发展,必须壮大自己的生态化实力,追求绿色品质,实施绿色管理。与国外其他国家相比,我国企业实施绿色管理还处在初始阶段,要紧跟时代发展趋势,自觉借鉴国内外企业绿色管理的经验,在科学发展观的指导下,努力探索我国企业绿色管理的新思路。

Green economy has been widespread all over the world and changing the traditional management pattern of enterprises, which has become the necessary trend of the time. Green management of enterpri- ses is a new concept of management with the development of economy and society. It is the cardinal way for the coordinate and sustainable development of economy, society and environment. Green management is a kind of management concept which takes the interest of nature, consumers and enterprises into consid- eration. In order to attain sustainable development, enterprises in the 21st century must strengthen their ecological powers, seek for green quality and implement green management. Compared with other coun- tries, the implementation of green management in Chinese enterprises is in initial stage and Chinese enter- prises must keep up with the trend of development, learn the valuable experiences from abroad and look for the new way of Chinese enterprises＇ green management under the guidance of scientific outlook of de- velopment.
