焙烧工艺对ZSM—35分子筛中钠含量的影响

摘要 采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定钠含量,在优化的实验条件下研究了焙烧工艺对ZSM-35分子筛中钠含量的影响。测定铵交换前后进行模板剂焙烧两种处理方式得到的样品中钠的含量,表明ZSM-35分子筛进行交换过程中模板剂的存在对钠的交换程度影响不大;结合X-射线衍射图谱发现两种处理方式获得的分子筛HZSM-35的结晶度没有明显的变化,因此对分子筛原粉进行处理时,可以将模板剂和交换的铵同时进行一次焙烧,从而省去一步焙烧模板剂的工序,节省了催化剂的成本,对分子筛催化剂的生产具有重要的实际意义。 Residual sodium content in the ZSM-35 was determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES), compared with ammonium exchanged before calcination and ammonium exchanged after calcination, the result showed that organic amines did not effected the degree of exchange of sodium in ZSM-35. Combination of XRD patterns found that the ZSM-35 zeolite crystallinity did not change significantly after two approaches, therefore calcination and ammonium exchanged can be finished in one step, which save the cost of the catalyst and has important practical significance to the production of zeolite catalysts.
