摘要
在观察太极拳锻炼对老年人心肺功能影响的基础上,随机选取大连市沙河口区48名太极拳晨练者为实验组、50名不经常进行体育锻炼的健康老年人为对照组,每组再划分为45~55岁及56岁以上2个年龄组,进行太极拳运动对肺活量和台阶实验影响的测试.结果显示,实验组与对照组比较,台阶实验指数与肺活量明显提高(P<0.01),其中,男子组2年龄段与对照组相比,台阶实验指数、肺活量明显提高(P<0.01),女子45~55岁组台阶实验指数与对照组相比显著提高(P<0.05).认为长期太极拳锻炼对男子组的心肺功能改善明显,而对女子组相关指标的提高幅度较小.
Aiming to observe the effect of long-term practice Taijiquan on the cardiopulmonary function of middle-aged and aged people,we selected 48 Taijiquan practiser from ShaHeKou district of dalian as object and selected randomly 50 health people who do not often do exercise as the control group. Each group were divided into 45 to 55 years and 56 years or above two groups,and observed the effect of Taijiquan on the car- diopulmonary function. The results show that step experiment index and vital capacity in experimental group increased obviously (P〈0.01) compared with control group. The step experiment index and vital capacity in two men age group increased obviously (P〈0.01) compared with the control group. Step experiment index in women 45 to 55 years group increased (P〈0. 05)compared with control group. The experiment hint that long-term practice Taijiquan can improve effectively on the cardiopulmonary function of middle-aged and aged male people,but the effect on female people was less.
