人居与北京“2049”战略

SPATIAL DEVELOPMENT PROSPECT OF BEIJING 2049 IN RELATION WITH THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THEORY OF SCIENCES OF HUMAN SETTLEMENTS IN TERM OF MULTI-DISCIPLINARY COOPERATION

人居是指包括乡村、集镇、城市、区域等在内的所有人类聚落及其环境,是社会、经济、文化发展的客观载体。城镇化是人居发展的一个重要过程。我国城镇化速度快、规模大,城乡人居建设面临复杂的资源环境局面。针对人居建设综合协同的特点,人居科学提出融贯综合的技术路线,发展了组织科学共同体、形成整体合力的人居研究科学方法,以协调空间开发秩序,统筹解决有限资源和人居建设之间的矛盾。北京2049是指对中华人民共和国成立100周年北京城市发展前景的多学科研究。北京2049运用了人居科学方法,探讨了2049年北京区域空间秩序的发展前景。

Human settlement means all kinds of human living environments such as villages, towns, cities, and regions. It is the objective carrier for the social, economic, and cultural development. Urbanization is one of the most important processes of human settlement development. The urbanization in China is featured with high speed and large scale, resulting in a difficult situation for the construction of urban and rural human settlements in terms of resources and environment. In accordance with the feature of comprehensive coordination in human settlement development, the Sciences of Human Settlements suggests an integrated technical approach, which establishes the scientific research unity and forms an integrated research method, to coordinate the spatial development sequence and tackle with the contradiction between limited resources and the need of construction. Beijing 2049 is the multi-disciplinary research on the spatial development strategy for the 100^th anniversary of the founding of the People＇s Republic of China in 2049.As a practice of the theory of the Sciences of Human Settlements, it explores the prospect of spatial development of the mega-city region of Beijing in 2049.
