Experion PKS(process knowledge system)系统是Honeywell公司推出的新一代控制系统,它继承了传统DCS的优点,同时又融合新的技术突破,是一套更趋完善的控制系统。文中指出了该系统的几大功能优点,针对具体平台工况提出了完整系统的解决方案,配置了Experion PKS过程知识系统,搭建控制系统构架,对安全网与控制网提出了独立的解决方案,对大屏中主工艺流程及CCTV画面的切换及通讯接口都提出了具体的配置方案,该系统在多个海洋平台中取得了较好的应用。

Experion PKS （process knowledge system）was a new control system,which was developed by Honeywell. It not only inherits the advantages of traditional DCS,but also has its own technical innovation,which makes it better than before system. This paper introduces some characteristic excellence of Honeywell Experion PKS,and provides the complete system solutions according to the specific platform condition. The complete system solutions that provide the Experion PKS process knowledge system, build the structure of the control system,provide the solutions of the security network and control network ,and propose scheme of switching main process flow and the CCTV menu on the big screen and communication interfaces,the Experion PKS has already good application in some offshore platforms.
