摘要
文章提出将ZigBee无线传感器网络技术ZigBee和以太网有线网络结合起来构成新的数控机床网络通信系统,实现数控机床高效化和自动化。利用SmartRF Packet Sniffer软件侦测ZigBee组网过程,数据包传输过程,运用LabVIEW软件制作了一个机床无线通信系统平台界面,并在监控中心上位机进行了仿真。实验结果表明系统能够自动组网、能够准确无延迟的发送数据,并在上位机界面实时显示数控机床工作状态。
This article proposed that and the Ethernet wired network unifies ZigBee wireless sensor net- working ZigBee constitutes the new numerically-controlled machine tool network service system, realizes the numerically-controlled machine tool highly effective and the automation. Software detects the ZigBee network process using SmartRF Packet the Sniffer, the data packet transmission process, has manufac- tured an engine bed wireless communication system platform contact surface using the LabVIEW soft- ware, and has carried on the simulation in the monitoring center superior machine. The experimental re- sult indicates the system to be able the automatic network, to be able the accurate non-detention transmis- sion data, and in superior machine contact surface real time display numerically-controlled machine tool active status.
