离散制造业信息化战略下内部集成性评价方法研究

Evaluation Study on Internal Integration of Manufacturing Industry under Informatization Strategy

针对实施信息化工程环境下的离散制造企业,提出其内部集成性的评价方法。首先依据信息系统与管理系统的平台匹配理论,选取集成基础保障能力、过程集成、IS与MS匹配度及内部集成综合效益作为一级指标,同时逐项分析,构建内部集成性的评价指标体系,然后给出一个基于AHP/DEA的计算方法,最后通过模拟证明该指标体系的有效性。

According to manufacturing enterprises which implement information engineering, an evalua- tion method of internal integration is proposed. Firstly, choose the fundamental guarantee capacity of in- tegration, process integration, match degree of management system and information system, comprehen- sive benefit of internal integration as the first grade indexes based on the platform matching theory, and next construct the index system by analyzing term by term;then proposing the calculation method based on AHP/DEA; finally demonstrate the effectiveness of index system by simulation.
