发育支持护理在早产儿临床护理中的应用

The application of developmental supporting care in premature children clinical nursing

目的探讨发育支持护理对早产儿生活质量的影响。方法将160例早产儿随机分为干预组(80例)与对照组(80例),对照组采用常规护理,干预组在常规护理的基础上加用发育支持护理,观察两组患儿的基本情况,并对其进行资料分析。结果两组早产儿性别、胎龄、出生体重比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预组患儿住院天数、并发症发生率、院内感染发生率明显少于对照组(P<0.05);干预组患儿体重增长速度、吸氧时间、睡眠时间显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论发育支持护理适合早产儿临床护理,患儿并发症和医院感染率降低,体重增长明显,吸氧时间减少,生存能力明显增强,住院时间缩短,从而真正提高了早产儿的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the influence of the developmental supporting care of the life quality of premature children. Methods 160 premature children are randomly grouped into experimental group and control group, and doing clinical observation and data analysis. Results There are significant differences between two groups in days in hospital, incidence of complications, hospital in- fection rates, oxygen time and sleep time ;there are significantly different in growing of body weight. Conclusion Developmental sup- porting care are suitable for premature children. The complication and hospital infection rates of babys are reduced, babys＇ weight grow quicker, oxygen times are reduced, the survivabilities are significantly enhanced, hospitalization times are reduced, which truly improve the lives quality of premature children.
