超声在不同年龄段急性阑尾炎诊断中的应用价值

Clinical value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute appendictis in different age stages

目的探讨超声在不同年龄段急性阑尾炎诊断中的应用价值。方法对2011年2月1日—2012年12月10日在我院临床疑诊为阑尾炎的患者258例进行回顾性分析。结果 258例患者中,手术确诊急性阑尾炎243例,其中超声诊断阑尾炎符合209例,漏诊34例,误诊7例,超声正确诊断其他疾病8例。超声诊断阑尾炎的符合率为86.01%,其小儿、成年人、老年人的符合率分别为80.00%、89.88%、73.33%,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论超声对不同年龄阶段的阑尾炎的诊断和鉴别诊断有重要价值。

Objective To explore the value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute appendictis in different age stages. Methods 258 patients with suspected acute appendictis were reviewed. Results Among 258 cases ,243 cases were diagnosed with acute appen- dietis after operation ,209 cases were diagnosed by ultrasound,34 cases were missed diagnosed, and 7 cases were misdiagnosed,8 cases were diagnosed as other diseases by ultrasound correctly. The diagnostic rate of ultrasonograhy was 86. 01% , the rate in child, adult and the aged was 80. 00% ,89. 88% and 73.33% respectively,the difference was not statistically significant （ P 〉0. 05 ）. Conclusion Ul- trasound is of great value in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of acute appendictis in different age stages.
