H_4SiW_(12)O_(40)/ZrO_2-Al_2O_3催化合成己二酸二丁酯

摘要 以己二酸和正丁醇为原料,以H4SiW12O40/ZrO2-Al2O3作催化剂,探讨H4SiW12O40/ZrO2-Al2O3对酯化反应的催化活性,较系统地研究原料量(酸醇)物质的量之比、催化剂用量、带水剂用量、反应时间诸因素对产品收率的影响.实验结果表明,H4SiW12O40/ZrO2-Al2O3是合成己二酸二丁酯的良好催化剂,固定己二酸用量0.05mol,在n(己二酸)∶n(正丁醇)=1∶3.0,催化剂用量占反应物料总量的0.6%,带水剂环己烷6 mL,反应时间2 h,产品收率可达89.7%. Dibutyl adipate was synthesized from adipic acid and butanol using H4SiW12O40/ZrO2-Al2O3 as catalyst. The factors influencing the synthesis were discussed and the best reaction conditions were found out. Experimental results showed that H4SiW12O40/ZrO2-Al2O3 is an excellent catalyst. The optimal conditions are: molar ratio of adipic acid to butanol is 1 : 3.0, mass fraction of catalyst is 0. 6%, volume of cyclohexane as carrying - water reagent is 6mL and the reaction time is 2. Oh, the yield of its can reach 89.7 %.
