社区慢性精神分裂症患者的需求调查

The requirement investigation of community chronic schizophrenics

目的 :了解社区慢性精神分裂症患者的需求情况。 方法 :对 12 0例符合 CCMD- 2 - R精神分裂症诊断标准的患者完成调查。依据社会功能缺陷量表 (SDSS)总分划分轻残组 ,中残组 ,重残组。以 Cam berwell需求评定量表 (CAN) ,生活质量评定量表 (QOL S) ,以及阳性阴性症状评定量表(PANSS)作为评定工具。 结果 :CAN需求项目评定结果 :3组间家庭照料 ,日常生活 ,解决精神症状 ,了解疾病和治疗信息 ,社会接触和社会救助具显著差异。中残组和重残组得到家庭帮助显著多于社会帮助。轻残组与中残组 CAN需求总分与 QOL S总分呈显著相关。多元逐步回归分析结果显示 ,主要影响因素为精神症状严重度、病程、工作状况 ,以及照料者身份。 结论 :不同病情严重度的病人需求有所不同 ,主要涉及家庭日常生活、疾病治疗 ,以及社会需求等方面 ,源于家庭的帮助显著多于社会帮助。

Objective:Investigating the requirements of community chronic schizophrenics. Method:120 cases with schizophrenia according to CCMD 2 R were investigated.According to social disability screening schedule (SDSS),they were been divided into minimal,medium and serious disability three groups.The instruments of assessment were Camberwell assessment of need(CAN),quality of life scale (QOLS) and positive and negative syndrome scale (PANSS). Results:The CAN showed that there were significant differences in family care,daily life,solving psychiatric symptoms,understanding disease and treating information,social contact and social relief of three groups.Medium disability group and serious disability group obtained family help more than social help.The CAN total requirement score of minimal disability group and medium disability group showed correlated well with the QOLS total score.Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that the main influence factor were the serious criterion of psychiatric symptoms,duration of illness,education states and the identity of careman . Conclusion:The patients which had different serious degree of disease had different requirements.The contents of requirement included family daily life,treatment of disease and social requirement.The family help were more than the social help.The influences on requirement were in many ways.
