公共图书馆外文文献资源利用保障体系构建研究

Research on the Construction of Foreign Literature Resources Utilization Security System in Public Libraries

在强调公共图书馆外文文献资源重要价值的基础上,提出外文文献资源利用率不足的现实问题,分析问题产生的主要影响因素,侧重从软件、硬件两个层面构建一个可以提升公共图书馆外文文献资源利用效率的框架体系。

On the basis of emphasizing the important value of foreign literature resources, this paper puts forward the current problem that the utilization of the foreign literature resources is not enough. Focusing on the issue, this paper analyzes the main influential factors and provides a solution for establishing a framework to improve the utilization of foreign literature resources for public libraries from the two angles of software and hardware.
