构建社会主义和谐社会,是我党提出的一项重大任务,体现了广大人民群众的根本利益。企业是社会的重要组成部分,构建和谐企业,必须树立和落实科学发展观,走以人为本、统筹和谐、可持续发展的道路,以先进文化引领企业文化建设,承担着相当的社会职能与责任,是构建和谐社会的重要力量。

Build harmonious socialism society is the major task for our Party, which presents the fundamental interests of masses of the people. The enterprises are the important composite of the society, and build harmonious enterprise should establish and implement scientific development concept. We should walk the way of people oriented, co-ordinate, harmonious and continuous development, and lead the culture construction of enterprise with advanced culture. Bear related society functions and responsiblities are important force to build harmonious society.
