摘要
基于动态能力视角,利用濮院羊毛衫集群企业的数据,实证研究了高品质集群企业迁移意愿形成机理。研究表明,作为一般能力的业务运营能力的差异并不能激发高品质集群企业的迁移意愿;作为高阶能力的吸收能力的差异则会激发高品质集群企业的迁移意愿;并且在较高市场不确定性环境中,吸收能力对高品质集群企业迁移意愿的激发效果将会更强。
Based on the perspective of dynamic capabilities, this paper empirically researched the mechanic of high - level cluster firms' relocating intention formation with the data of Puyuan sweater cluster firms. And the results were that: as the ordinary capabilities, the high level of business operational capabilities could not stimulate high -level cluster firms'reloca- ting intention ; as higher order capabilities, the high level of absorptive capabilities would positively stimulate high - level cluster firms'relocating intention; especially in higher market uncertainty, the stimulating effect of absorptive capabilities on high - level cluster firms' relocating intention would be stronger.
