摘要
通过聚氨酯原液配方和制品生产工艺的研究,开发了低密度、高性能客车行李架和风道用聚氨酯复合材料,制品可6~8min脱模,有效提高了生产效率,该复合材料已成功应用于工业化生产。
Through studying the polyurethane solution formulations and article production processes, the low density and high performance polyurethane composites for passenger bus luggage rack and wind road are developed. The articles can be de-molded in 6-8 rain, therefore their production efficiency can be improved significantly. And the composites have been successfully used in the industrial production.
