摘要
采用醇回流还原沉淀法制备含有大量结构水的Ir/AlO(OH)催化剂,用于常压下对氯硝基苯加氢,考察了催化剂用量、反应时间、温度、水的比例以及溶剂等因素对反应的影响。结果表明,当乙醇和水的比例为5∶2,温度为35℃,反应时间为5 h,对氯硝基苯的转化率可达到100.0%,对氯苯胺的选择性大于99%,并且未发现脱卤产物,显示了良好工业应用前景。
The Ir/A10 (OH) catalyst containing a large number of structural water was prepared by alco- hol reduction and precipitation method. Effect of amount of catalyst, reaction time, reaction temperature, the proportion of water and solvent, etc. on p-CNB hydrogenation were investigated. The results showed that when the ratio of ethanol to water were 5: 2,temperature was 35℃, reaction time 5 h, the p-CNB con- version of 100.0% was obtained with the highest selectivity ( 〉 99% )for p-CAN under optimum conditions, and the product of hydrodechlorination could be not observed, suggesting a new prospect for industrial applications.
