摘要 在溶硫剂二甲基二硫醚(DMDS)中加入催化剂DMA,获得了溶解气井开发中沉积的硫的有效配方。催化剂DMA在DMDS-DMA体系溶硫剂中的加量为20%,压力为0.10 MPa,磁力搅拌速率为420 r/min下,20℃时,硫在DMDS-DMA体系中的溶解度为110.6%,溶硫时间为2.94 min;90℃时,硫在DMDS-DMA体系中的溶解度为610.9%,溶硫时间为0.61 min。电镜扫描表明,DMDS-DMA体系溶硫是通过在硫颗粒外围形成一个包裹层溶解硫。 The dimethyl disulfide(DMDS) and catalyst DMA were added together to get better sulfur sol- vent formula, which was effective to elemental sulfur in sulfur gas well. When the dosage of DFIA in DMDS-DMA was 20% , pressure was 0.10 MPa, stirring speed was 420 r/min, the experiment had the resuits that when temperature was 20℃, the solubility of DiVIDS-DMA was 110. 6%, with time of 2.94 rain;when temperature was 90℃, the solubility of DMDS-DiVIA was 610. 9%, with time of 0.61 rain. The scanning electron microscope shows that the DMDS-DMA system is to form a membrane outside the sulfur particles to dissolve.
