摘要
马来酸酐分别与C12~C18脂肪胺及其混合胺按摩尔比1∶2进行酰胺化反应,再与苯乙烯按摩尔比1∶3共聚,得到不同碳链长度的脂肪胺改性的降凝剂,考察其对延长原油的降凝效果。结果表明,混合胺要比单一的胺改性的降凝剂降凝效果好,混合胺改性的降凝剂当加量为0.3%,温度为60℃时,原油的凝点降低了9℃,其在低温的黏度和晶体形态也有很大的改善。
The amidation reaction was implemented of maleic anhydride and different chain length of fatty amine with mole ratio of 1 : 2. Then the graft copolymers reacted with styrene with mole ratio of 1 : 3 to gain the pour point depressant (PPD) with different chain length by copolymerization, the depression effect of Yanchang crude oil were investigated. The results showed that the depression effect of PPD modified by mixture amines was more effective than single amine, when the dosage of the pour point depressant is 0.3% and the temperature is 60℃ ,the pour point of the crude oil decreased by 9 ~C ,and the viscosity and crystal morphology have been improved.
