摘要
用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)同时测定化妆品中的四种常见抗生素(土霉素、盐酸四环素、盐酸金霉素、氯霉素),样品中待测物采用甲醇超声提取,色谱柱采用Shim-pack Vp-ODS,以甲醇-(0.01 mol/L磷酸二氢钠+0.001 mol/L EDTA)为流动相进行等浓度洗脱,流速为1 mL/min,检测波长为254 nm。该方法灵敏度高,准确度好,操作简单,可用于化妆品中四种抗生素的测定。
Using the HPLC method for determination of four antibiotics ( oxtetracycline, tetrac line hydro- chloride, chlortetracycline hydrochloride, chloramphenicol ). The antibiotics were separated on a Shim- pack Vp-ODS column by gradient elution using A (methanol) and B (0. 01 mol/L NaH2PO4 + 0. 001 mol/L EDTA) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1 mL/min, with the detection wavelength of 254 nm. The HPLC method is simple, sensitive, and accurate and can be applied to determination of anti- biotics in cosmetic preparations.
