过氧化钙的研制

摘要 以硝酸钙和双氧水为原料,NaH2PO4为稳定剂,制备过氧化钙,研究了氨水浓度、双氧水浓度、稳定剂浓度、温度等对产率的影响。结果表明,当反应温度为6℃,氨水浓度为9%,双氧水浓度为9%,稳定剂(NaH2PO4)浓度为2%时,CaO2的产率大于62%。 Calcium nitrate and hydrogen peroxide as raw material, NaH2PO4 as stabilizer, calcium peroxide was prepared. Impact of the concentration of ammonia, the contraction of hydrogen peroxide, concentration of stabilizer,and reaction temperature on yield were studied. The results showed that hydrogen peroxide productivity is the highest at the temperature of 6℃ , when the concentration of ammonia spirit is 9% ,the concentration of hydrogen peroxide is 9% ,the concentration of stable agent is 2% ,the yield of CaO2 more than 62%.
