摘要
《钱塘江河口综合规划》为钱塘江河口的科学治理发挥了重要作用,而随着钱塘江河口地区经济社会的快速发展,规划修编已势在必行。主要通过对钱塘江河口综合规划法律地位和规划实施效果的分析,宏观地提出了规划修编的必要性与紧迫性,初步探讨规划修编指导思想、总体定位与主要内容,并提出了几点工作建议。
《Comprehensive Planning for Qiantang Estuary》 played an important role in the scientifical regulation of Qiantang estuary. With the rapid development of economy and society in Qiantang estuarine regions, the revision for the planning was imperative. This article macroscopically elaborated the necessity and urgency of the planning revision, elementarily discussed the guiding principles, orientations and major contents for the planning revision, and offered some working suggestions chiefly through the analysis of the legal status and implementation effect of the comprehensive planning revision for Qiantang estuary.
