钱塘江河口滩涂资源分析与利用需求研究

Analysis and Utilization Demand Research of Tidal Flat Resources in Qiantang Estuary

钱塘江河口滩涂资源丰富,滩涂的开发利用历史悠久,曾为沿岸经济社会建设做出过巨大贡献。随着环杭州湾产业带和海洋经济的蓬勃兴起,对钱塘江河口的滩涂资源继续合理开发利用需求日益强烈,浙江省钱塘江管理局组织的钱塘江河口(杭州湾)考察、河口滩涂资源和需求调查是其中重要内容。在调查和资料收集的基础上,分析钱塘江河口演变特点,滩涂资源数量、分布,并疏理河口各市县对滩涂开发利用的需求,为今后进一步开展钱塘江河口滩涂资源保护、开发利用和管理奠定基础。

Qiantang Estuary is abtmdant in tidal fiat resources, have a long history of development and utilization for tidal fiat, and tidal flat utilization contributed greatly to the economic and social construction in the littoral area. With the flourishing development of industrial belts round Hangzhou bay and marine economy, the continue rational development and utilization of tidal fiat resources at Qiantang estuary became a crucial requirement. The investigation for tidal fiat resources and demands was an important content of the expedition organized by Qiantang river administration of Zhejiang province. Based on investigation and materials collection, this article analysed the transmutative characteristics of Qiantang estuary, the quantity and distribution of tidal flat resources, and the development and utilization demands for tidal flat resources from every city and county in the littoral area. It would lay the foundations for further implementations of the protection, development, utilization and management of tidal flat resources in Qiantang estuary.
