上海、舟山新区重大涉水工程开发建设对钱塘江河口治理的启示

摘要 钱塘江河口周边区域重大工程布局和开发建设,尤其是杭州湾上海水域、长江口外和舟山海域重大工程相继实施,引起钱塘江河口(杭州湾)的来水来沙条件、水动力及泥沙环境发生相应的改变。研究外部环境变化对钱塘江河口防洪御潮、涌潮保护、滩涂资源开发以及重要的港口、航道等基础设施安全运行的影响。在正确认识外部环境变化影响的基础上,得出对新时期钱塘江河口(杭州湾)治理工作的几点启发。 The allocation, development and construction of major projects in the vicinity of Qiantang estuary, especially the constant implementation of major projects at the Shanghai waters of Hangzhou bay, the Outer Zone of the Cbangjiang Estuary and Zhoushan sea areas, could make corresponding ebanges of the incoming water & sediment conditions in Qiantang estuary ( Hangzhou bay roach), hydraulic and sediment environment. This article researched the flood and tide prevention, tide protection and the safety operation of important infrastructure like port, navigation channel which could be influenced by external environmental changes. Based on correct understanding of the influence made by external environmental changes, we gained .some enlightenments of the regulation works for Qiantang estuary (Hangzhou bay reach) in the new period.
