烯烃厂6kV变电所无功补偿改造

REACTIVE-LOAD COMPENSATION REVAMP ON 6 kV POWER SUBSTATION OF THE OLEFIN COMPLEX

摘要 针对烯烃厂6 kV变电所电功率因数存在的不足,利用调压式无功补偿原理,对并联电容器补偿容量进行了计算,并采取了谐波抑制措施。工业运行结果表明:采用并联电力电容器后,按照现负荷35 MW,其功率因数由0.8补偿到0.9,可降低上级主变有功损耗达0.9 M。 Aimed at deficiency existing in electricity power tactor ot the O k V power suostation in Olefin Complex, calculated compensation capacity of the parallel capacitor adopting pressure adjustment type reactive - load compensation principle, and used harmonic wave suppression measures. Industrial running results showed that based on present load of 35 MW, power factor of the power substation was compensated from 0. 8 to 0. 9, and active power loss of the su- perior main transformer was decreased by 0. 9 MW after application of the parallel power capacitor.
