本文介绍了锅炉高温过热器爆管的具体情况。通过对该处受热面各项指标详细检查,分析认为爆管的主要原因是长期超温引起的蠕变产生。并根据现场实际情况制定切实可靠的措施。
This article describes the structure of the air exhaust pipe of the superheater, and the mac- roscopic characteristics of the exhaust pipe cracking. From the tube socket structure,working envi- ronment, the stress analysis believe that the main reason of the tube socket cracking due to long - term effects of vibration fatigue stress and thermal stress. It make reliable tube replacement process according to the actual situation.
